Validation is defined per project and matched to riding category, tire system, pressure range, spoke count, and target market. Depending on the approved project method, it can include dimensional and roundness/flatness review, raw-rim inflation checks, spoke-hole strength, and complete wheel fatigue validation. These are current DeerCycles QC and project-validation references, not blanket product certifications.
Can DeerCycles provide test reports, photos, and videos?
Original test reports are retained per batch and available to OEM partners on request. Testing photos and videos can be provided during sample approval, or for a brand's UCI application preparation where required.
Can DeerCycles help with UCI approval for a wheel or rim program?
DeerCycles supports the UCI approval preparation stage for the customer's own application. For race-focused OEM rim or wheel programs, we can provide specifications, rim drawings, QC records, and testing photos or videos where required, so the brand can submit documentation for its own application. Final approval depends on UCI review.

What fatigue validation can DeerCycles perform for wheelset programs?
Complete wheel fatigue validation can be performed up to 800,000 cycles for newly developed complete wheelset programs, according to the approved project method. The commonly referenced ISO fatigue baseline is 750,000 cycles. Fatigue validation is performed on complete wheels, not described as a rim-only check.
