Founded 14 years ago, Xiamen Deer Cycles Industry and Trade Co., Ltd has operated its own factory for 9 years. We don’t aim for massive sales or high-volume production, manufacturing only about 2,500 carbon rims per month.
Unlike typical factories that replicate existing rim profiles to compete on price, we focus on R&D to create our own product line. While price competition isn’t our priority, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service.

2. How do you pack to protect the carbon rims?
When packaging carbon fiber bicycle rims, it’s essential to prioritize protection to prevent any damage during transit. Here are the steps for safe packaging :
Clean the Rims: Before packing, make sure the rims are clean to avoid dirt or particles causing scratches.
Wrap Individually: Each rim is wrapped individually using foam bags. This protects against impacts and abrasions. Ensure the foam bags covers the entire rim, especially the edges which are more prone to damage.Securely Place the Rims: Once wrapped, place the rims into the box, ensuring that they fit snugly. Fill any remaining space with additional padding to prevent movement inside the box.
Seal and Label: Use strong packing tape to seal the box securely. Label the box as “Fragile” and indicate the top side to avoid mishandling.
By following these steps, we ensure the rims are well protected from impacts and rough handling during transportation.3. How to claim compensation if a rim is damaged during transportation?
