Confirmed test conditions: Built wheel, no tire fitted, 11.6 kg impact head, and six recorded stages from 46 to 104 J. Results apply only to the configuration and internal test record shown on this page.
UCI context: For industry comparison, 40 J is the UCI wheel-impact energy reference. The internal report also uses 40 J as its acceptance criterion and records this sample overall as OK. This page documents DeerCycles' internal validation; UCI approval is a separate, model-specific application process.
