OEM — Open mold
Choose any rim from our catalog — Road, Gravel, Mountain, or Small Wheels. We build it on our existing tooling to your spec: your logo, your finish, your packaging.

ODM — Private mold
Tell us the rim you want to bring to market. We engineer the profile, build the mold, and produce it for you — exclusively. No other brand uses your mold.
Our R&D team runs structural validation before any tooling investment, so you know the design works before the mold is cut.
Risk sharing
Tooling investment is refunded in full after your first 200 rims ship. We back the programme, not just the production.

OEM uses DeerCycles existing catalog molds and adapts them with the buyer logo, finish, drilling, packaging, and sample approval. ODM starts from a buyer brief and develops a custom or exclusive rim profile with engineering validation before tooling and production.
